1. Your conversations

Conversations with Aria are private by design. We do not store chat content on our servers, and we do not sell or share your individual messages with third parties. Each chat session is ephemeral — once you close or refresh the page, the conversation is no longer accessible.

2. What we collect

MySecretAI does not require an account, email, phone number, or password. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as page views and feature usage) to understand how the site is used and to keep it running smoothly.

Advertising partners may place cookies or use device identifiers to serve and measure ads. These are standard third-party advertising cookies and are not tied to your chat content.

3. AI provider & data processing

Messages are sent to the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes them to Google Gemini 3 Flash Preview to generate Aria’s replies. Messages are processed in transit for the sole purpose of generating a response. MySecretAI does not retain your messages for AI training, and we do not log conversation content.

Because the underlying model is provided by a third party, we recommend avoiding sharing sensitive personal information (such as real names, addresses, financial details, or passwords) in chat.

4. Cookies & advertising

We use advertising partners (including Adsterra) to help keep MySecretAI free. These partners may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to personalize ads and measure performance. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Ad delivery is separate from chat functionality. Your messages are not used to target ads.

5. Data retention

Chat messages are not retained by MySecretAI. Anonymous analytics and advertising data may be retained by our third-party providers according to their own retention policies. We do not maintain a database of user conversations or personal profiles.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Because we do not store identifiable chat data or maintain user accounts, there is typically no personal data for us to provide or delete. 7. Age requirement

MySecretAI is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
